Job Requirement Design, build and install solar energy systems Onsite planning and managing of installation teams Contact point between the company and client during construction stage Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Hands on implementation on site Design the full construction from pre to post-construction and handover of the system to the client Complete assigned projects on schedule and within budget Identify any potential safety risks within projects and putting in place strategies to mitigate any risks Ensure all required Environmental, Health and Safety requirements are met. Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures. Ensure smooth delivery of the project completion/SystemTurn On Skills and Competencies Excellent communicator who is able to work independently Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields 3-5 Years of experience in project management Candidate with experience in solar project execution will be in advantage Knowledge in energy modelling software (PVsyst), Autocad and construction modelling software A team player who is results and customer oriented, independent, creative and passionate about renewables
We are seeking a Solar Project Engineer with a fervent dedication to advancing solar energy deployment in Singapore. The ideal candidate will spearhead the implementation of solar projects on rooftops throughout Singapore and the surrounding region.
Job Responsibilities:
- Designing, constructing, and installing solar energy systems.
- Overseeing onsite planning and managing installation teams.
- Serving as the primary contact between the company and clients during the construction phase.
- Developing and adapting project work plans to accommodate evolving needs and requirements.
- Hands-on implementation at project sites.
- Designing the entire construction process, from pre-construction to post-construction, and overseeing handover to the client.
- Completing assigned projects within budget and on schedule.
- Identifying and addressing potential safety risks within projects, implementing strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Ensuring compliance with all necessary Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations.
- Preparing for engagement reviews and conducting quality assurance procedures.
- Ensuring smooth project delivery and system activation.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management.
- Preference given to candidates with prior experience in solar project execution.
- Proficiency in energy modeling software such as PVsyst, Autocad, and construction modeling software.
- A collaborative team player with a focus on results and customer satisfaction, along with independence, creativity, and a genuine passion for renewable energy.
