Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and gather potential leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and present suitable training solutions.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets through strategic selling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients for high satisfaction and retention.
- Work with the marketing team on sales campaigns and follow up on generated leads.
- Conduct market research to find new clients and business opportunities.
- Expand industry network to boost brand visibility and reach.
- Analyze sales data to find areas for improvement and boost performance.
- Maintain ethical standards in all sales activities and client interactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports to track progress against targets and goals.
Job Descriptions
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Passionate about training, certification, skill development, and lifelong learning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to connect and engage effectively with clients.
- Highly motivated, sales-focused, and strategically driven, with a proven history of meeting or exceeding quotas.
