Job Overview:
The HR and Admin Executive will support the Human Resources and Administrative functions of the organization. This role involves handling employee relations, recruitment, and maintaining office operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-organized, and possess excellent communication skills.
Job scope
- Perform office admin and general administrative duties such as maintaining of office supplies, air ticket purchase, accommodation and transportation arrangement
- Monitor and follow up on staffs’ probation, confirmation, appraisal or promotion
- Organize company events/team bonding activities
- Handle claims and submit forms
- Administration and execution of HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, Staff Benefits, Performance Review, Employee Relations and Orientation Program.
- Handle Leave Application Matters (Calculating attendance/annual leave of workers and manage records)
- Other Ad-Hoc Duties assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR and administration or a related field.
- Minimum diploma/degree in HR or Business Administration
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, office management, and administrative duties.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
