Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with consultants and subcontractors to review shop drawings, samples, and method statements, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of any updates or changes.
- Participate in project and technical meetings, addressing site issues with owners and consultants to maintain smooth project progress.
- Verify on-site work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements, and ensure subcontractors promptly rectify any non-compliance.
- Resolve site challenges with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers swiftly to minimize construction delays.
- Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and prepared for ISO audits.
- Work closely with the safety department, adhering to all safety frameworks and guidelines.
- Support the site management team in project planning and coordination.
- Develop and manage work schedules to optimize construction operations.
- Prepare and organize documents for submissions to authorities, including CONQUAS, RI, and TOP.
- Analyze tender and construction documents, specifications, and contracts to fully understand project requirements.
- Identify and manage critical project factors, including scheduling and productivity metrics.
- Foster teamwork and actively contribute to a collaborative, cross-functional work environment.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrate independence, initiative, and strong motivation in completing assigned tasks.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to new or junior team members.
- Possess at least five years of relevant experience in a similar role.
