We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Recruitment Officer to join our team and take charge of the full recruitment cycle for all open positions. As a key player in our HR department, you will contribute directly to building a talented and high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Recruitment Strategies: Develop creative and effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions across the organization.
- Screen and Evaluate Candidates: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and culture fit for the roles.
- Coordinate the Interview Process: Manage and schedule interviews, assessments, and reference checks, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Make Hiring Recommendations: Provide valuable insights and recommendations to Hiring Managers based on thorough evaluations.
- Support Administrative Tasks: Assist with various clerical duties related to recruitment and ensure all candidate records are accurately maintained.
Pre-Requisites:
- Education: A local diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Solid experience in recruitment or a related field, with a good understanding of the full recruitment process.
