Location: Admilraty
Working Hrs: 42hrs/weekly
Responsibilities:
• Manning of General office counter during school office hours
• Provide support in administrative work that include simple sorting of
documents, filing and data entry
• Render first aid to injured students coming to the General office
• Any other administrative tasks assigned by the Administration
Manager and school leaders.
Qualifications:
• O’ level certification
• 2 years’ experience in similar receptionist or counter jobs, with
experience working in a Primary school context.
• Basic knowledge in computer skills, such as Microsoft Word and
Microsoft Excel
