Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support in investment projects and managing various project activities not limited to coordinating, reviewing, preparing of reports/documents.
- Support in data analysis and market research.
- Provide support in organisation of management meetings, taking meeting minutes and maintain proper filing of meeting documentations.
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analysis or related discipline.
- Familiarity with market research techniques and data collection methods to support business strategy development.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other relevant software is an advantage.
- Experience in organizing and supporting management meetings, including taking accurate meeting minutes and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) will be preferred to effectively communicate with stakeholders, partners, and team members across different regions.
