Position: Sales Manager
We are seeking a Sales Manager who will play a key role in ensuring seamless communication with potential and existing clients, scheduling services, and managing customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer calls and inquiries regarding our services.
- Provide detailed explanations of our services, including normal servicing, aircon chemical washes, and gas top-ups.
- Coordinate and plan service schedules for confirmed client bookings and ensure the schedule is sent weekly to the manager.
- Handle and respond to email inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Monitor and manage inquiries received through Carousell, ensuring timely follow-up and client engagement.
- Identify potential leads from customer interactions and convert them into confirmed service bookings.
- Maintain strong client relationships by addressing their needs and following up on post-service satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit a weekly schedule of confirmed service bookings.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and inquiry responses.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is a plus.
- Familiarity with using platforms such as Carousell and email for business inquiries.
