Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities. Analyze market data and adjust strategies to ensure optimal performance. - Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, sales, digital, product, and customer support) to ensure marketing campaigns are integrated and effective. - Budget Management:
Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and optimal ROI on campaigns and activities. - Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor and measure the performance of marketing activities, using KPIs and metrics to evaluate success and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports for senior management. - Brand Positioning:
Help to develop and maintain a strong brand presence in the market. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications. - Digital & Traditional Marketing Channels:
Oversee and optimize the use of both digital (social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, etc.) and traditional marketing methods (print, events, partnerships, etc.). - Customer Engagement:
Develop strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty through personalized marketing tactics and campaigns. - Trend Monitoring:
