Responsibilities:
Equipment Maintenance and Repair
· Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on specialized equipment.
· Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure equipment reliability.
Process Optimization:
· Identify opportunities to enhance equipment performance, efficiency, and safety.
· Implement improvements, upgrades, and modifications as needed.
· Monitor equipment metrics and analyze data to drive continuous improvement.
Technical Documentation:
· Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, calibration, and service history.
· Create and update technical manuals, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
· Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Training and Support:
· Train operators and maintenance staff on equipment operation, safety protocols, and best practices.
· Provide technical support during equipment installations and commissioning.
Collaboration and Problem-Solving:
· Work closely with engineers, production teams, and vendors to address complex technical challenges.
· Troubleshoot equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
· NITEC/Higher Nitec/Diploma in a technical discipline
· Those without the stipulated qualifications but with related technical experience are also welcome to apply
· Willing to work outdoors, at heights and on weekends
