Recruitment Specialist

Kinden Corporation

  • Drive and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Develop and implement talent development strategies to support employee growth, succession planning, and retention.
  • Evaluate and screen candidate resumes, arrange interviews, and manage the entire recruitment process.
  • Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimize current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify their business needs and requirements
  • Pre-screen candidates through phone calls.
  • Arrange virtual or face-to-face interviews with candidates and hiring manager.
  • Maintain and manage the talent pool, ensuring efficient candidate tracking and management.
  • Communicate seamlessly with candidates and internal teams from diverse cultural backgrounds to ensure a great candidate experience
  • Advocating the company as a great place to work for all candidates.
  • Promote company culture and enhance the employer branding within the industry.
  • Ensure necessary on-boarding documentation and activities are completed promptly and accurately.


Job requirements:

  • At least a Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Those with Engineering education background will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience
  • Excellent communication, planning, organisation, interpersonal skills and able to work independently
  • Able to handle high volume of transactional work
  • Good understanding of common HR practices and Employment related legislation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word and Excel)
  • Positive attitude with a service-oriented mind-set
