- Drive and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Develop and implement talent development strategies to support employee growth, succession planning, and retention.
- Evaluate and screen candidate resumes, arrange interviews, and manage the entire recruitment process.
- Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimize current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify their business needs and requirements
- Pre-screen candidates through phone calls.
- Arrange virtual or face-to-face interviews with candidates and hiring manager.
- Maintain and manage the talent pool, ensuring efficient candidate tracking and management.
- Communicate seamlessly with candidates and internal teams from diverse cultural backgrounds to ensure a great candidate experience
- Advocating the company as a great place to work for all candidates.
- Promote company culture and enhance the employer branding within the industry.
- Ensure necessary on-boarding documentation and activities are completed promptly and accurately.
Job requirements:
- At least a Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Those with Engineering education background will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience
- Excellent communication, planning, organisation, interpersonal skills and able to work independently
- Able to handle high volume of transactional work
- Good understanding of common HR practices and Employment related legislation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word and Excel)
- Positive attitude with a service-oriented mind-set
