Job Descriptions
- Prepare monthly management reports and schedules
- Handle the accounts receivables and payments timely
- Prepares quarterly GST report/submission of GST returns
- Assist in the preparation of draft audited accounts
- Assist statutory audit (internal and external) inquiries and tax agents
- Assist in the review & strengthening of internal controls and ensuring compliance with accounting requirements
- Possess knowledge of other accounting functions & provide assistance/back-up when required
- Adhoc assignments and projects when required
Academic Qualification
- Degree/Diploma in Accountancy
Experience
- At least 2 years of relevant experience post-qualification
- Possess strong initiative, resourceful, result-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to details, strong analytical skills and ability to problem solve, work well under pressure and ability to prioritize workload
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Technical/Functional Knowledge & Skills
- Basic knowledge of Singapore FRS, and other regulatory compliance requirements of listed companies would be desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Independent, meticulous and well organized
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Working Relationships and Environment
- Reporting to the Finance Manager, the incumbent will work closely with colleagues within the Finance Team and various cross-functional teams
