THE JOB IN A NUTSHELL:

The Content Coordinator will be an employee of Move Repeat Pte. LTD and will oversee all the entities under this holding company across all markets.

This is more than just a job; it’s a rare opportunity to join a brand where design, creativity, and branding are not just components of what we do—they are at the very heart of our identity. Move Repeat is one of the only fitness groups in Asia where aesthetics and innovation drive our vision, with a dedicated in-house creative team. We seek a passionate storyteller who can articulate our brand’s voice and captivate audiences with sharp, engaging copy across all touchpoints to join our marketing team.

As a Content Coordinator at Move Repeat, you will play a key role in developing on-brand, compelling content for various digital and physical platforms, including social media, the App, website and studio environments across all studios in Singapore and beyond. With a keen understanding of youth culture, lifestyle, and fitness trends, your words will bring our brand stories to life while ensuring consistency across all communications.

Ultimately, this role will be responsible for the overall delivery of the following:

  • Creation of visual content for social media, including graphics for photos, reels, and stories
  • Design and development of digital and print assets
  • Branding and visual identity management (for existing and future brands)
  • Collaboration on photography and art direction

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

COPYWRITING AND CONTENT STRATEGY (50%)

This role will be central to shaping the voice and visual identity of all our brands across various platforms. The content will be used to drive engagement, build vibrant communities and educate and attract new audiences. As the main contributor to copy creation, you will craft compelling, on-brand copy across a variety of channels, including articles, social captions (both organic and paid), push notifications, class descriptions, EDMs, newsletters, and web/app content. You will also develop content strategies across our brands, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand pillars and internal objectives across all channels.

In your role, you must ensure all communications are aligned with the brand's voice and resonate with target audiences, whether this being through concise social captions or more detailed long-form articles. You will also play a pivotal role in developing campaigns, focusing on storytelling, messaging hierarchy, and brand verbiage. In collaboration with the Marketing Manager, you will help execute holistic campaigns, ensuring they meet budget and timeline requirements.

While your primary focus will be creating member and consumer-facing content, you'll also play a key role in shaping and managing Move Repeat's corporate voice and strategy across B2B platforms, such as LinkedIn. Your approach should emphasize producing thought leadership content that attracts and engages other brands and top talent, encouraging them to be a part of the Move Repeat journey. In this aspect of the role, you'll collaborate with various stakeholders throughout the group to craft a cohesive corporate brand identity. The content you develop will highlight industry trends, share insights on relevant news, and showcase innovations within the sector.

We want Move Repeat channels to become a leading voice in the industry, showcasing our brands news and updates while providing authoritative insights and strong perspectives on the wider market.

A core responsibility of this role will be partnering with internal teams—Finance, Operations, and HR—to develop training materials, internal presentations, and SOP documentation. You’ll collaborate with these teams to create content that supports onboarding, skill development, and internal communications, while maintaining a cohesive, polished brand voice. Though professional, the tone will always remain true to our brand’s identity. Additionally, you’ll take full ownership of our monthly Move Repeat Times—an internal newsletter designed to keep our team informed, engaged, and celebrated.

You will also be responsible for crafting the majority of captions across our social channels, working closely with the Marketing and Sales team to maintain consistency and impact and CTAs. You will also collaborate closely with the team to populate templated assets with your copywriting, and schedule them according to our social calendar.

Every week, we host community events for new and existing members across both brands. These events are managed by the Brand Elevation Manager and the Operations Team in the studio, and your role will involve participating in these activations, engaging with clients, content capture and social sharing. During some of these events, you will work alongside the Creative team to capture event highlights, creating engaging content that drives awareness and excitement. Additionally, you are expected to positively interact with members, the teaching team, the operations team, and third-party vendors to enhance the overall event experience.

You will be responsible for monitoring Instagram Stories, ensuring any live content posted by stakeholders during activations stays on-brand. Additionally, you'll collaborate with our in-house Creative to train and upskill the Operations team on effective content capture and posting techniques.
