• Prepare operations and manual
• Coordinate with overseas’ new and on-going project.
• Keeping stock of the spare parts
• Assist all project / maintenance related sale inquiries from initial quote status through to order placement, and off to the client and follow up closely after quote submitted.
• Handle all project/maintenance renewal related matters.
• Work closely with relevant team to ensure smooth work schedule arrangement and effective completion of the jobs administration.
• Assist coordinate and follow up with factory, local vendors and superintendent on the delivery of project material to ensure all required material is ready prior to project start date.
• Review the work progress on daily basis.
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
• Ensure timely invoicing and ensure projects are invoiced and paid.
• Ensure quality installation standards and the use of proper installation techniques.
