Job Description
BullionStar is seeking a creative and dynamic Digital Content Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is pivotal in expanding our brand’s reach through high-quality video content on platforms such as YouTube, as well as driving engagement on our social media channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in videography, video editing, photography, and a deep understanding of social media trends. This is an exciting opportunity to create compelling digital content that elevates BullionStar’s presence across various platforms while driving customer interaction and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Content Creation
- Develop and execute video content strategies for YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, in alignment with BullionStar’s marketing objectives.
- Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure a steady flow of engaging video content across platforms.
- Research trending topics and incorporate them into video content to boost audience engagement.
Video Production & Editing
- Pre-production: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm video concepts that resonate with BullionStar’s audience.
- Write scripts and create storyboards to guide video production.
- Production: Set up video shoots, managing lighting, sound, and camera operations to ensure high-quality footage.
- Post-production: Edit raw footage, adding graphics, music, and effects to produce polished, professional videos for distribution.
Content Optimization & SEO
- Optimize video titles, descriptions, and metadata for SEO, ensuring content is discoverable and engaging.
- Create eye-catching thumbnails and incorporate SEO best practices to drive clicks and views.
- Analyze performance metrics to fine-tune video content and strategies, ensuring continuous improvement in audience engagement.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor video performance across social media platforms, tracking key metrics like views, comments, shares, and engagement rates.
- Prepare and present performance reports, highlighting insights and trends to improve future content.
- Adjust strategies based on analytics to optimize content effectiveness and reach.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure video content aligns with broader business goals and branding guidelines.
- Collaborate with external vendors or freelancers for specialized content production when required.
Trend Research & Innovation
- Keep up with the latest video production techniques, social media trends, and digital marketing strategies.
- Test new video formats, tools, and trends to keep content fresh and innovative, ensuring BullionStar stays ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in social media content creation, video production, and digital marketing on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Proficient in video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro), social media analytics tools, SEO, and content optimization.
- Creative, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player with strong communication skills.
Location
The job location is at 45 New Bridge Road. This bustling location is located in between Chinatown and Clarke Quay with the Clarke Quay MRT located just across the road making commuting easy.
Salary and Benefits
The salary is dependent on your capability, experience and skills. The typical starting salary is from SGD 3,000 to SGD 5,000 per month for a driven candidate plus up to three month's bonus salary. BullionStar furthermore offers reimbursement of medical bills and access to an employee health and fitness benefit program.
