Job Description
· Handle incoming/outgoing calls from/to customers & drivers
· Logging orders/service requests into the system
· General admin duties
· Manage customer's feedback and complaints.
· Assist with Ad-hoc duties when assigned by Team Leader/Manager
Job Requirements
· Min 1 year working experience relevant and Proficiency in PC literate;
· Min GCE O / DIPOLMA, A level are welcome;
· Require to liaise and handle mandarin speaking customers and staffs;
· Fast learner, pro-active and well organized personality;
· Good team player and work independently with minimum supervision.
Two Rotation shift:
· 5 days’ work week from Monday to Sunday
· 2 days off based weekly roster (1 day on week day and 1 day on weekend)
· AM 8.00am - 5.00pm (Monday to Sunday)
· PM 11.30 am – 8.00 pm (Monday to Saturday) Sunday: 11.30 am to 7.00 pm
· Break times – 1 hour (lunch and tea all inclusive)
