-Loan Application Management: Guide clients through the loan application process, from document collection to loan approval, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
-Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for loan disbursement, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
-Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by offering post-loan services and cross-selling other financial products.
-Compliance: Ensure all loan applications comply with industry regulations and -company policies.
-Client Retention: Manage client relationships and maintain a high retention rate by offering continuous support and follow-up services.
