Our client is a global asset management and conglomerate, seeking for a Senior Manager, Consolidation & Reporting.
The Role
You will oversee and review segment consolidation while supporting the preparation of the Group’s financial and management reports in line with Group accounting policies. This includes collaborating closely with the business partnering team on segment reporting, forecasting, and budgeting, as well as working with centralized function owners on cost reporting. You will contribute to the preparation of SGX results announcements, ensuring full compliance with accounting standards, company law, SGX listing rules, and best practices, while also assisting with the Group’s annual report and consolidating forecasts and budgets. Additionally, you will support the Group Financial Reporting System, including implementing new systems, and liaise with external auditors and consultants on audits and corporate activities. As a leader, you will mentor the finance team, fostering high performance and professional development, while overseeing their training to ensure they are equipped to excel in their roles.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate holds a recognized degree in Accounting or an equivalent professional qualification, preferably as a Chartered Accountant (CA), with 10–12 years of relevant experience. This includes foundational years in a Big 4 audit firm, followed by commercial industry exposure. They possess a strong command of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (International) and regulatory compliance requirements for listed companies. With proven leadership skills, they excel at managing and inspiring teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Known for their meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence in financial reporting, they also bring strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities, effectively managing priorities and workflows. Self-driven, proactive, and energetic, they are a team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, complemented by a keen and analytical mind.
