Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate terms and agreements with clients
- Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and job requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships through follow-ups and client engagement
- Perform cold calls to identify new opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Source and evaluate candidates using the company's various recruitment platforms
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates for suitability
- Prepare initial biodata and forms for further editing by the admin team
- Learn and effectively utilize the company’s software to manage client and candidate records
- Ensure accurate and organized documentation of job openings and candidate details
- Regularly update clients on the hiring process and collaborate closely with the admin team
- Contribute to team projects and other initiatives as required
