Overview
Our Healthcare Client is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as Senior/Executive, Staff Well-being, where you will support the development and implementation of staff well-being strategies within a healthcare organization. Reporting to the Manager, you will play a key role in planning, promoting, and executing workplace health and well-being initiatives that enhance employee health, engagement, and work-life balance.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement health promotion and intervention programs aimed at improving staff well-being.
- Plan and organize health, sports, and social recreational activities for staff at the organizational level.
- Analyze data from health screenings to develop targeted health promotion initiatives and monitor program effectiveness through pre- and post-program assessments.
- Motivate and engage staff to take ownership of their health and overall well-being.
- Provide secretariat support for committees focused on workplace safety, health, and staff well-being to drive related frameworks and initiatives.
- Assist in digitalizing well-being initiatives for better connectivity and accessibility for staff.
- Oversee and manage sports and recreational facilities to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare institutions to plan and promote social and sports activities that foster staff interaction and team bonding.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Health Management and Promotion, Health Services Management, Sports and Wellness Management, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in health promotion, sports, or event planning and management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience conducting health or sports programs will be advantageous.
