Personal Assistant (Raffles Place)

Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm (Monday to Friday)

Salary: $4,000 - $5,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level executive support, including managing the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication on behalf of the executive.
  • Coordinate and assist in preparing materials for meetings, including reports, presentations, and agendas.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and present findings to assist in decision-making and business strategies.
  • Manage multiple research and business projects, tracking progress and ensuring key milestones are met.
  • Organize meetings, prepare action points, and follow up on deliverables with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies, groceries, and maintaining an efficient work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in secretarial support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
