- Deliver good service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Supervise a shift of the dinning service front of the house
- Supervise and improve service staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Contribute to manage restaurant’s good image
- Master table service, team organization, and POS like Revel
- Train new employees on proper customer service practices
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a waiter in a Bistro style environment
- Food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, preferably Bistro, French is a plus, interest in Wines and French cheese
- Ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers
- Ability to remember names of regular customers
- Good presentation and english speaking
- Team work spirit and a good smile is a plus
- Motivated beginners are welcome at lower conditions
