Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Address any inquiries or concerns to enhance their shopping experience.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Sales Support: Assist customers with purchases, returns, and exchanges, providing information on promotions and store policies.
- Cash Management: Maintain an organized and balanced cash drawer, perform cash reconciliations, and report discrepancies to management.
- Store Operations: Help with restocking merchandise, maintaining store cleanliness, and organizing displays as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to achieve store goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash accurately.
- Excellent communication skills.
