Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the EET team to engineer sustainable solutions and augment the VMware/Omnissa Horizon platforms.
- Implement and maintain Citrix published applications and physical desktop brokerage for secure remote access.
- Manage and support F5/APM and Omnissa UAG secure remote access services.
- Participate in the architecture, design, and change implementation of global platform solutions.
- Work closely with global teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of remote access services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to remote access platforms and technologies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance platform performance and sustainability.
Key Requirements
- At least 5 years of proven experience with the following technologies:
- VMware / Omnissa Horizon Suite, including AppVolumes and UAG
- Citrix DDC products
- Windows 10/11 desktop OS
- Experience with additional technologies is desirable:
- F5 load balancers and APM
- AVI load balancers
- iGel Thin Client OS
- ChromeOS
- PING / SAML authentication
