A leading healthcare organisation is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager to join their Shared Services team. This key role will oversee the team to deliver HR transaction services for the organisation's wide activities.
Your new role
1. Operational Oversight: Ensure seamless processing of HR transactions, including manpower billing, payment processing, and medical claims.
2. Service Excellence: Meet or exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), aligning with the organisation's policies and legislative requirements.
3. Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize work processes to enhance team efficiency and performance.
4. Leadership and Development: Mentor and coach team supervisors and members to foster personal growth, cross-functional collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
5. System Improvement: Drive system enhancement projects across HR Group Shared Services (GSS) to promote operational excellence.
6. Taskforce Participation: Contribute to assigned taskforces to champion HR GSS values in quality, service, and efficiency.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Minimum 6 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 3 years in a people management role.
2. Proficiency in HR systems, specifically SAP SuccessFactors.
3. Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel and Word.
4. Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is desirable.
5. Proven project management experience.
