Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day email communication with customers and distributors, ensuring clear and professional exchanges.
- Provide quality customer service by reviewing, assessing, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) of 90% email resolution within 5 working days.
- Collaborate with various business units to provide a seamless, one-stop solution to customer inquiries and issues.
- Assist in additional duties and projects as assigned to support the overall team and business objectives.
- Record customer interactions and transactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
- Identify and escalate priority issues or complex cases to the appropriate department or management.
- Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate patience when dealing with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to meet department goals and improve customer service processes.
