A local F&B company is looking for Account & Admin Executive.
Job scope
• Handle full set accounts
• Monthly Payroll preparation & CPF submission
• To perform basic HR functions
• Submission and follow up on government grants
• Maintain records of invoices, debits, and credits.
• To verify the validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales team and customers.
• Responsible for resolving valid and/or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries.
• Responsible for resolving invalid and/or unauthorized deductions by following pending deductions procedures.
• To reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Prepare and submit reports including Balance sheet, P&L to the management.
• Coordinate with external auditors for audit & taxation purpose
Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, ACCA or equivalent.
• Min 3 year of relevant working experience in accounting
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel, meticulous with numbers and detail oriented.
• Great team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possess a positive attitude, enjoys learning, high integrity and ability to meet deadlines.

Remarks
- 5 days work/week
- Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm
- Location: Central area
