WHAT WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH


Assist in managing P&L for flash sales initiatives, ensuring profitability and cost effectiveness while driving sales growth

Track KPIs, analyze data, report on the performance of flash sales, generate reports to assess the success of sales events, identifying areas for improvement

Motivate and lead the team to deliver high-level execution for all flash sales events, ensuring consistency in performance


Business Development: Support efforts to build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and mutual success. Explore opportunities for new brand partnerships to drive business growth.

Operations Omnichannel: Oversee the operations for both online and offline flash sales, including the retail teams, to ensure smooth execution. Ensure all processes are efficient, and operational challenges are addressed in a timely manner. Monitor the performance of online sales and customer service, implementing improvements as needed.

Marketing & CRM: Work closely with the marketing team, including CRM and digital, to strengthen the OnTheList members community and enhance customer engagement. Ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with business goals and contribute to sales growth.

Human Resources: Assist the HR team in staff management, including recruitment, training, performance reviews, and succession planning.

Finance: Collaborate with the finance team to monitor budget performance, assist with profitability analysis, and contribute to forecasting efforts.

IT: Work closely IT team to ensure IT solutions are aligned with operational requirements and support timely execution.


WHAT IT TAKES...

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in commercial roles

• Experience in fashion or luxury retail is a plus

• Proven track record of successfully leading sales operations and achieving significant revenue growth in both online and outlet environments.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

• Exceptional leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Advanced level of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office etc
