Responsibilities:
• Incumbent to be involved in all stages of projects including but not limited to concept, schematic design, detail design, documentation to constructions.
• To participate in production, service, installation, FAT, SAT, HAT, Field construction, Plant commissioning, Sea Trials, and Inspection of supplied products.
• Must be able to perform technical evaluation of installation control and design interface documents of equipment to ensure successful implementation of designs.
• Supervises Technician in the production, service, repair, installation, and commissioning work.
• Incumbent must be able to plan, direct and execute Project Activities.
• To handle overall planning & implementation of projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Must be able to prepare and endorse the service reports and relevant documents.
• Ability to maintain good project documentation and is familiar with ISO documentation requirements such as Job Safety Analysis, Work Method Statement and Permit to Work Application requirements and procedures.
• Supervises and control site activities to ensure shipyard contractors perform and complete projects in a safe and timely manner that is within the approved budget without compromising quality.
Requirements:
• Min Dip in Electronics or Mechatronics or Marine Engineering with 3 years of working experiences.
• Electrical or Electronic knowledge an added advantage.
• Able to read and understand electrical diagrams
