Summary:
The Strategic Procurement Manager, I-SEA and TAS, is responsible for leading and implementing regional category strategies, driving procurement initiatives, and supporting local procurement targets, supplier performance, and innovation. They serve as the primary business partner for the LOCs, ensuring alignment between local and regional procurement activities, and ensuring high-quality service delivery by coordinating resources across the GREFP teams.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement category strategies and provide regional input to global strategies.
- Ensure targets in the LOCS (savings, DPO, compliance) are met.
- Create a pipeline of initiatives to meet targets and track progress.
- Work with TBS to translate end-user requirements into sourcing activities and support SP&I.
- Drive continuous improvement, ensuring compliance and building strong business relationships.
- Understand organizational challenges and adapt strategies to support evolving needs.
- Foster a culture of compliance with the company’s Code of Conduct.
- Manage project progress and ensure effective organizational project management (roadmap, governance, risks, reporting)
