Key responsibilities
- User Support - Respond to IT-related inquiries from end-users. Provide prompt and effective technical assistance for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Guide users through basic troubleshooting steps to resolve common IT problems. Escalate complex issues to the senior engineers if necessary.
- Software and Hardware Support - Install, configure, and maintain software applications on end-users' computers and mobile devices. Assist with the setup and troubleshooting of hardware devices, including computers, printers, peripherals, and audio-visual equipment. Address printing-related issues, including troubleshooting printer connectivity problems. Possess knowledge of basic networking concepts and troubleshooting. Assist users with network connectivity and related issues. Provide support for Microsoft Office products. Conduct regular maintenance checks on computer systems and perform necessary updates.
- Audio and Visual System Setup - Assist in setting up audio and visual systems for meetings and presentations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to audio and visual systems.
- In-House Application Support - Assist users with issues related to in-house applications. Collaborate with developers or relevant teams to address and resolve application-related problems. Provide user guidance and support for in-house application usage.
- Documentation - Prepare and update user guides for various software applications, including in-house applications.
- Others - Perform other IT related duties or projects as assigned.
- Requirements
- Basic knowledge in Windows Operating Systems, email server and Citrix
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with IT troubleshooting
- Proactive, responsible and takes ownership of own work
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
