To organise and oversee the daily operations of our company. You will be the one to ensure that our business is well-coordinated and productive by managing its procedures and coaching its people.
The area of responsibility for this role is very wide and thus requires thorough knowledge of various company processes. Must be competent and able to plan many different kinds of operational activities.
The goal is to safeguard and augment the efficiency of the company’s operations to facilitate accelerating development and long-term success.
An Operations Manager makes sure that all aspects are covered and that company goals are met. They are responsible for everything from negotiations to budgeting and purchasing. In addition, they work closely with senior management in developing long-term operational strategies that help meet company objectives.
Experience in the following are required
- Operations Planning (including roster scheduling and manpower deployment, update SOPs and workflows, improve operational processes)
- Client Relations (Maintain and improve relationship with clients i.e. improve client satisfaction, Source for new clients)
- Finance knowledge (managing budgets, expenses, forecasting)
- Human Resources (market knowledge, hiring, compensation & benefits, training, retention, handle grievences)
- Leadership skills
- Drive service quality and effectiveness
- Support the Sales and Business Development team
- Able to work on the ground and relate to team members
