Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payment for all employees
- Calculate salaries, overtime, bonuses, and handle statutory contributions like CPF and tax filings (IR8A, etc.)
- Prepare payroll reports and work closely with the finance team for payroll reconciliation and budgeting
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Address payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Assist in maintaining HRMS records, including salary data, leave balances, and personal information updates
- Support the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Assist with onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration for new hires
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure recruitment aligns with organizational needs
- Maintain records of recruitment activities and track recruitment metrics for reporting purposes
- Assist in the preparation of performance bonuses, annual wage supplements, and salary increments
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing, with exposure to recruitment and talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll regulations, CPF, and tax filings
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., Sage, SAP, Timesoft) and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential payroll information with discretion
- Experience in both payroll and recruitment functions is highly desirable
