JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage all administrative matters with regards to Human Resources enquiries via emails and other communication platforms
- Assist in key areas of HR shared service functions; e.g. attending to employees’ queries/requests relating to HR policies, benefits administration, letters preparation
- Provide support on Talent Acquisition & Hiring process; e.g. job posting, interviewing, contract management and pre-onboarding briefing.
- Administration of Maternity leave/paternity/shared parental/childcare submissions.
- Well verse in mom employment practices and all foreign workers matters (Work permit, S Pass, E Pass, LTVP, LOC).
- Handling monthly payroll matters, submission of CPF Contribution, IRAS matters.
- Ensure that all administrative and operational matters with regards to Human Resources and attended to promptly
- Other ad hoc duties related to Human Resources as assigned by the management.
REQUIREMENTS
- O, A Levels or Diploma holders
- Experience in admin or human resource industry
- Well organised and meticulous
- Energetic and loves to be around people
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Proficiency is speaking and writing English for formal documents and emails
- Able to multi-task and handle stress well
