Job Title: Engineer (ID6008)
Location: Depend on project
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8：30am-5：30pm
Salary: $5,000 to $7,500
Job Description:
--To coordinate with consultants / subcontractors on the shopdrawings / samples / method statements and keep all involved parties updated of the latest changes.
--To attend to project / technical meeting and resolve site issues with owner / consultants in order for the site progress to proceed smoothly.
--To verify the work done on site are in accordance to the approved drawings / specifications / authority’s requirement and also ensured that the subcontractor carry out rectification for non-compliance.
--To resolve site issues with consultants / subcontractor / supplier ASAP in order to minimise delay to the construction progress.
--To ensure that the related documentations are updated and ready for ISO audit.
--To cooperate with the safety department and carry out the assigned duties within the safety framework.
--Assist site management team in project Planning & coordination.
--Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operation.
--Arrange and prepare documents for authorities’ submission for Conquas, RI, TOP etc.
--To study tender / construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to understand project requirements.
--Understanding of critical project criteria related to schedule & productivity.
--Must be a team player and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
--Strong oral and written communication skills.
--Able to work independently, proactive and self-motivated.
--Able to provide guidance to new staff / junior staff.
--Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
