Job Description :
1. Preparing and posting of job advertisement
2. Screen and evaluate job applications
3. Understand the client’s requirements and refine the application.
4. Provide professional advice to clients and candidates to manage the expectation
5. Coordination of interview arrangement between clients and candidates
6. Perform post-recruitment follow up with clients and candidates
7. Provide administration support and assist in onboarding
8. Reviewing human resources policies and procedures
Requirements :
· Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred .
· Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills;
· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite especially Word and Excel
· Strong knowledge in local employment laws and best practice
· Singapore employment agency license (CEI certificate) is compulsory.
