Job Description:
- Corporate account servicing
- Provide customer service and act as the liaison between the client and the Company
- Liaise closely with internal and external parties in conceptualizing and executing of print projects
- Final authority to interfere at any production stage on product quality issues
- To approve work done by in-house artists on client’s behalf
- Presentation of designs and artwork to clients
- Issue billing timely upon job delivery to clients
- Preparation of reports and proposals
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business or its equivalent
- Strong business acumen in account servicing and with the ability to speak confidently with flair and poise in dealing with customers
- Excellent project management skills, multi-tasking skills and the ability to work independently in fast paced environment
- Posses strong communication and interpersonal skills
