**Job Title:** Healthcare Cleaning Supervisor
**Location:** Care Facility, Changi Road North
**Salary:** $2,455/month
**Bonus:** 2-week bonus
**Working Hours:**
- 12-hour shifts (2 shifts available)
- Shift 1: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Shift 2: 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- 6 days per week
**Job Description:**
As a Healthcare Cleaning Supervisor, you will oversee and manage the daily cleaning operations within the healthcare facility, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards are met. You will be responsible for supervising cleaning staff and ensuring tasks are performed in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner.
**Scope of Work:**
- Team Supervision: Supervise, train, and lead a team of healthcare cleaners to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Floor cleaning oversight: Ensure proper sweeping and mopping inpatient wards, common areas, corridors, offices, meeting rooms, waiting areas, and toilets.
- Toilet cleaning management: Oversee the washing and sanitizing of toilets and bathroom facilities.
- Bedsheet replacement: Supervise the replacement of bedsheets and pillowcases upon patient discharge.
- Occupied bed and surroundings cleaning: Ensure cleaning of occupied beds, tables, and surrounding areas.
- Full sanitization after discharge: Supervise the full wipe-down of beds, furniture, fixtures, and surroundings after patient discharge, before new admissions.
- Surface cleaning oversight: Ensure tables, counters, and other surfaces are wiped down as needed.
- High-touch surfaces disinfection: Ensure disinfection of high-touch areas like handrails, door handles, and light switches.
- Rubbish management: Oversee the clearing and replacement of rubbish bins throughout the facility.
- Quality control and inspection: Conduct regular inspections to ensure all cleaning tasks meet facility standards and guidelines.
- Compliance: Ensure that all cleaning activities comply with health, safety, and infection control regulations.
**Requirements:**
- Must possess relevant **WSQ (Workforce Skills Qualification)** certification for cleaning in a healthcare setting.
- Prior experience in healthcare cleaning or supervisory roles is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work long hours, weekends, and manage shift rotations effectively.
