Scope of Resposibilities
· Report directly to the Project Manager.
· To ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
· Present, Technical drawing and advise to current and potential clients
· Identify and resolve client concerns.
· Assist with the coordination of shipping schedules and delivery of products and services.
· Attend team & technical meetings
· Maintain accurate records of all activity reports.
· Work closely with the sales team to secure orders
· Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
· Assist sales to come out with design proposal during commercial phase
· Coordination with Client and vendor for project handing from start to end
· Commissioning on board vessel are require to attend
