Admin Assistant (Production)

Job Responsibilities

  • Daily coordination with customer service team and internal Production
  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy in all scopes of work within Admin Support
  • Develop and maintain filing system
  • Handling department email and internal communication
  • Preparing orders and reports
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Min Certificate in Office Skills/O Level above
  • Min. 2 years of experience in similar capacity, preferably in manufacturing industry
  • Proficient in MS Word/Excel
  • Positive and Hardworking
  • 5 day work week (7.45am to 5.30pm)
