Job Responsibilities
- Daily coordination with customer service team and internal Production
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy in all scopes of work within Admin Support
- Develop and maintain filing system
- Handling department email and internal communication
- Preparing orders and reports
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Min Certificate in Office Skills/O Level above
- Min. 2 years of experience in similar capacity, preferably in manufacturing industry
- Proficient in MS Word/Excel
- Positive and Hardworking
- 5 day work week (7.45am to 5.30pm)
