• Responsible for direct sale of vacuum pumps, systems, parts and services in Singapore. Be accountable for individual sales target to be determined by the Company.
• Break new grounds and penetrate the key industries as in; Food Packaging, Medical, Petrochemical, Chemical, Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Electronics, Semiconductor etc.
• Undertake the role to develop new and key accounts and strive towards achieving sales goals and objectives.
• Engage the customers on a day-to-day basis to initiate and coordinate sales activities.
• Responsible for quarterly Sales forecasting and meeting monthly and yearly “Sales” target for Singapore region.
• Track and report sales activities; submit weekly and monthly report promptly.
• Handle sales inquiries and generate proposal to customers for sale of pumps, repair, field service and spare parts.
• Be competent to undertake hands-on related issues arising from aftersales including onsite trouble-shooting.
• Create sales leads, follow up on sales opportunities and take ownership to follow up on quotations.
• Contract review prior to order entry – Evaluate and interpret customers’ specification against our offer. Clarify with customer where necessary to resolve unclear requirements. Be responsible to coordinate with Order Administration team on shipment update and information going back to the customer up to the point of delivery.
• Working closely with customers to find application possibilities and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Conduct competitive analysis and identify market price for various customers and market segments in Singapore.
• Conduct product and application training.
