Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for supporting the Business Development team in various projects.
• Provide administrative support for partner management reporting.
• Assist in the organization and execution of health talks and events.
• Support day-to-day activities of the Business Development team.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, including partners, representatives, and internal departments.
• Perform ad hoc personal assistant duties as needed.
Digital Marketing Responsibilities
• Manage Google Business Reviews, including maintaining review traffic and responding to feedback.
• Oversee website management, including maintenance, reporting, and the creation and upload of new pages, articles, and stories.
• Schedule, report, and manage social media content.
• Conduct monthly SEO reporting and follow up on action items.
• Carry out other ad hoc task as needed
Design Responsibilites
• Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts.
• Assist in simple video creation and video shoots.
Job Requirements
• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or relevant field
• At least 2 year of experience in digital marketing and design.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• To be able to participate actively in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas. Able to work in a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Southeast Asian languages (such as Indonesian, Vietnamese, Cambodian, or Myanmese) is a plus.
• Candidates with previous healthcare background is an advantage.
