Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and efficient experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a polite and professional manner.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, presentable, and equipped with necessary materials (e.g., pens, forms, visitor logs).
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Assist in distributing parcels and post mail, ensuring timely delivery to the intended recipients.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
  • Manage office supplies and order replacements when necessary.
  • Provide general support to office staff as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification in Office Administration is a plus).
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
