Roles & Responsibilities
Assistant / Deputy Manager will support the Project Manager to provides functional, technical or process leadership and manages all the documentation aspects of the projects: email correspondence, submissions, document control, etc. Assistant / Deputy Project Manager also will lead and assist the Project Team in preparations, reviews, and administers construction procedures and standards meeting the project’s specifications.
Duties
· Assist the project manager in all documentation process: documentation preparation, submissions, corresponding between project stakeholders, etc.
· Assist to manage the contractual aspects of the project, meeting client’s project specification: requirements, procedures, standards, etc.
· Assist to lead the project team, completing the project amicably: clients, consultants, fellow colleagues, subcontractor, etc.
· Provide guidance on project management matters to other project staffs through training of other employees in project managing practices and procedures.
· Support to ensuring that the Company have a constant beneficial outlook, maximizing the Company’s reputable.
· Perform other duties assigned by Project Manager and the Management.
Requirements
· Minimum qualification holder of Diploma in all trades relating to Built Environment Industry.
· Preferably with experience in public project, especially projects under Housing Development Board (HDB).
· Knowledge in the preparation of the necessary documentations as required under project’s requirements such as but not limited to Monthly Progress Report, Budget Report, Presentation Slide, Master construction Programme (using MS Project), Method Statements of works, etc.
· Successful candidate may be registered as the Company’s Technical Controller (TC) / Approved Person (AP) under the company.
