Job Description:
This is a contract role for a Customer Service Admin located in Tuas. Our client is one of the licensed warehouses, specialised in handling and storage of dutiable cargo like alcoholic beverages and tobacco.You will be responsible for interacting with customers through phone, email, chat, or in person to provide information about products or services, take orders, handle returns, and resolve complaints. It requires listening to customer concerns, investigating issues, and proposing timely and satisfactory solutions. Developing a thorough understanding of the company's products or services is essential to provide accurate information. Additionally, processing customer orders, entering them into the system, and ensuring timely delivery are key responsibilities. Using computer systems to access customer information, process orders, and respond to inquiries is also a vital part of the job.
