- Basic service duties
- Ensures that all duties are carried out to serve all Customers to full satisfaction, including preparation of the outlet for services and maintaining the outlet in a clean and tidy condition
- Sales oriented and ability to lead team to achieve sales targets
- Display initiative, leadership qualities and ability to motivate oneself and team
- Builds relationships with regular guests and understands their requirements and establish and maintain active interaction with all guests to ensure total satisfaction
- Coordinate all Reservations to ensure optimum capacity
- Must be able to take full ownership and responsibility and ensure smooth service flow with the team
- Ensuring our guests are well taken care of and that they all have an outstanding and memorable experience from before the set foot at the restaurant until they leave the restaurant
- Running the daily restaurant operations; set up and preparations before service, ensuring the quality and consistency of all dishes presented to the guests
- Greeting guests upon their arrival, engage them in conversation so as to build a strong rapport between themselves and the restaurant
- Managing stocks and inventories
- Attending to any feedback, complaints, and preferences
- Maintaining a good housekeeping regime and report any defects in furniture, fixtures and equipment
- Participating and leading training sessions, briefings and team meetings
