Accounts Duties:
- Assist in data entry for invoices and payments.
- Handle petty cash and basic bookkeeping.
- Reconcile transactions and prepare reports.
- Handle Petty cash
- Scaning & printing of invoices
- HR Duties:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Post job ads and arrange interviews.
Help new employees with joining formalities.
- Employee Records :Maintain and update staff details and attendance.
- Payroll & Benefits: Assist in collecting attendance data for salary processing.
Handle employee leave and benefits queries.
