HR & Accounts Assistant

Accounts Duties:

  • Assist in data entry for invoices and payments.
  • Handle petty cash and basic bookkeeping.
  • Reconcile transactions and prepare reports.
  • Handle Petty cash
  • Scaning & printing of invoices
  • HR Duties:
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Post job ads and arrange interviews.
    Help new employees with joining formalities.
  • Employee Records :Maintain and update staff details and attendance.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Assist in collecting attendance data for salary processing.
    Handle employee leave and benefits queries.
