Due to growth, we’re looking for experience Integrated Specialist to join our team. As part of your role, you will be responsible for the below duties:
-Assist in the execution of mergers/acquisitions transactions
-Exercising due diligence in facilitating the closing of a deal
-Pre-acquisition activities such as planning, searching and valuation
-Handle day-to-day transaction execution
-Perform and oversee financial analyses, including valuation
-Review transaction documents (including sale and purchase and shareholder agreements)
-Interact directly with clients and coordinate with other advisors (lawyers, co-advisors)
-Preparation and review of materials used for engaging stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
Integrated Specialist
-Degree in Accounting / Banking and Finance
-At least 5-7 years of relevant experience
-Knowledge in accounting and financial modelling / valuation
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
Benefits:
• Basic Salary $3,300 -$4,500 (OTE $39,600 - $54,000 P.A.)
