Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Promote and sell the bank’s financial products, including personal loans, credit cards, and insurance.
- Conduct financial needs analysis to offer tailored solutions to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective client management.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Banking, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in banking.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
