The Job
- Answer payroll inquiries from countries under the portfolio and perform monthly payroll processing for the different countries covered
- Support HR activities for other departments and external authorities
- Understand Service Level Agreements and provide an escalation point for non-standard cases referred and resolve within agreed service levels
- Provide expert advice and guidance as required by customers, colleagues, management
The Talent
- At least 1 year work experience in payroll processing functions, preferably in a Shared Service/high volume of payroll processing environment
- Experienced in payroll operations, good understanding of Service Level Agreements and ability to carry out tasks according to guidelines and policies
